If he happened to pass by here, it is warmly thanked. I can only regret that the buzz did not and has not worked but I had no ambition or hope on this and so I was not disappointed ;-). In my defense, I've talked about this book on a few forums and have done little to make it known.

Allowing anyone who wants to be able to order the book on their site has a few distant friends to buy it. I particularly appreciate the scarcity of shipping and the ability to order a copy at a time.
